SHIPPING POLICY:

• Free shipping inside India on minimum cart value of Rs. 1000
• Worldwide shipping is available. DM/email us!
• Your package will be shipped out within 1-2 working days.
• You will receive an email with tracking details as soon we have shipped your package.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR SAREES:

We completely understand buying can be tricky business but at Seven Yards we do multiple quality checks before shipping out the product.

However, if in some case, you’re not happy with the product, we’d be happy to exchange for a different one or initiate a refund. Please make sure to let us know within 3 days from receiving the product. In both cases, we only expect you to ship it back to us. We will send you a different one or initiate a refund once we receive the product.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR KURTAS:

Exchange of kurtas in case of sizing issues can be done. Please make sure to let us know within 3 days from receiving the product. Please ship the product(s) to us and once we receive it, we will send the new size to you.
No returns will be entertained.

NOTE - Items bought on SALE will not be exchanged or refunded.
